Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Parks Hospitality Holdings (PHH) have announced the upcoming openings of Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, introducing new luxury all-inclusive experiences in two of Mexico’s leading leisure destinations. Both resorts are scheduled to open in the second half of 2026.

The new properties will strengthen the company’s Hyatt all-inclusive resorts Mexico portfolio by combining Hyatt’s premium brands with its expertise in the all-inclusive segment.

Park Hyatt Riviera Maya to Redefine Luxury All-Inclusive Travel

Located between Cancún and Puerto Morelos, Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is expected to open by the end of 2026. The resort will feature 148 guestrooms and suites, including accommodations with private pools, plunge pools, and a 2,300-square-foot penthouse.

Guests will enjoy personalized service through dedicated Resort Ambassadors, creating a seamless luxury experience from arrival to departure.

Moreover, the resort will offer seven chef-led dining venues with à la carte menus, highlighting refined Mexican cuisine, fresh seafood, and international flavors. Additional amenities include a beachfront pool with private cabanas, an open-air spa garden, daily wellness programs, and preferred access to El Tinto Golf Course.

Grand Hyatt Los Cabos to Offer Premium Leisure and Event Experiences

Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa will open within the Oleada Pacific Living & Golf community in Cabo San Lucas later in 2026.

The all-inclusive resort will feature 301 guestrooms, including 57 suites and 42 swim-out rooms. Several accommodations will also include private pools, plunge pools, or bathtubs.

Furthermore, the resort will provide more than 20,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space, making it an attractive destination for both leisure travelers and corporate groups.

Dining, Wellness and Recreation

Guests at Grand Hyatt Los Cabos will have access to five à la carte restaurants and five unique bar concepts. Dining options will include beachfront restaurants, rooftop cocktail venues, a steakhouse, Italian and pan-Asian cuisine, a market café, and a speakeasy.

In addition, the resort will offer multiple ocean-view swimming pools, including adults-only and family-friendly options, as well as a splash park for children.

The wellness facilities will feature a luxury spa with 12 private treatment rooms, hydrotherapy experiences, steam and sauna facilities, and a traditional temazcal wellness ritual inspired by Baja’s heritage.

Hyatt Continues Luxury Expansion in Mexico

The launch of these Hyatt all-inclusive resorts Mexico reflects Hyatt’s continued investment in the country’s growing luxury hospitality market.

Following the recent openings of Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol and Alila Mayakoba, along with the planned debut of Park Hyatt Mexico City, Hyatt continues to expand its luxury portfolio across Mexico. Additionally, the reopening of Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort & Spa highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its all-inclusive offerings throughout the region.
