Anguilla — The Anguilla Culinary Experience (ACE) will return for its fifth edition from May 13 to 17, 2026, bringing together international chefs and local culinary talent for a five-day gastronomic celebration.
Event Highlights and Purpose
The festival will feature collaborative cooking experiences, where visiting chefs create gourmet dishes alongside Anguilla’s local chefs.
At the same time, menus will highlight fresh seafood and locally sourced ingredients, offering both residents and visitors an authentic culinary experience.
Importantly, the event also serves a charitable purpose, raising funds to support:
- Culinary education programs
- Hospitality training for young Anguillians
Featured Chefs and Partners
This year’s edition includes a strong international lineup.
Headlining participants include:
- Oliver Poilevey, a James Beard Award nominee
- Timothy Dean, a Bravo Top Chef alumnus and restaurateur
- Cyril Meuley, representing Boisset La Famille des Grands Vins
In addition, Grands Vins de France Anguilla will serve as the Gold Sponsor.

Opening Night Experience
The festival will kick off on May 13 at Karaya, a new restaurant by chefs Carrie and Jerry Bogar.
The opening night will feature:
- Live grill stations and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine
- Signature dishes from guest and local chefs
- Cocktails crafted with Anguillita Rum and Clifton Estate spirits
- Wines curated by Grands Vins de France Anguilla
- Live music performances by Jenique Javois and Dennis Warrington
