DallasCBRE executive promotions 2026 underscore the company’s focus on leadership continuity and long-term growth, as CBRE Group, Inc. today announced a series of senior leadership appointments across its Real Estate Investments, Advisory Services, and Trammell Crow Company business lines, effective January 1, 2026.

As part of the CBRE executive promotions 2026, Andy Glanzman has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Investments (REI) segment. In this expanded role, he will have executive oversight of both Trammell Crow Company (TCC), CBRE’s real estate development subsidiary, and CBRE Investment Management, its global real assets investment management business. Mr. Glanzman will also continue to serve as Co-CEO of CBRE Investment Management, alongside Adam Gallistel, and will report to Bob Sulentic, Chair & CEO of CBRE.

Adam Nims has been promoted to CEO of Trammell Crow Company and will report to Mr. Glanzman. With this appointment, Danny Queenan, TCC’s current CEO, will transition into a newly created role as Executive Group President, overseeing several key initiatives and geographies within TCC. Mr. Queenan will report to Mr. Nims.

In another key move under the CBRE executive promotions 2026, Adam Saphier, a long-serving senior executive at TCC, has been appointed Global Chief Operating Officer of CBRE’s Advisory Services segment. In this role, Mr. Saphier will oversee all Advisory operations outside the U.S. and Canada, as well as CBRE’s global Valuations business. He will report to Vikram Kohli, CEO of Advisory Services, and will also support the global operational and financial management of the Advisory segment.

Commenting on the leadership changes, Bob Sulentic said the promotions reflect sustained performance and leadership impact.

“Andy, Adam and Adam have delivered exceptional results for our company and clients over many years,” Sulentic said. “Their new roles position them to have an even greater impact while continuing to advance their careers.”

Mr. Glanzman has served as Co-CEO of CBRE Investment Management since December 2024, having previously held the role of President. Mr. Nims and Mr. Saphier joined Trammell Crow Company in 2006 and 2005, respectively, and have held a range of senior leadership positions over the past two decades.

The CBRE executive promotions 2026 reinforce the firm’s strategy of developing internal talent while strengthening leadership across its global platform.
