BLESS Collection Hotels has announced plans to expand its presence in Ibiza with a new luxury property set to open next June at The Site Ibiza. The project reinforces the broader strategy of Palladium Hotel Group to position the island as a premier high-end experiential travel destination.

The new hotel, BLESS Ibiza The Site, will become the second property under the BLESS Collection Hotels brand on the island. It will form part of The Site Ibiza, a destination concept focused on creativity, innovation and immersive hospitality experiences.

Strengthening Ibiza’s Luxury Hospitality Landscape

The development builds on the ongoing transformation of The Site Ibiza, which already features the The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, a multi-concept gastronomic hub and the cultural venue IBIZA Gallery.

With the addition of BLESS Ibiza The Site, the destination aims to further strengthen its position within Europe’s growing luxury hospitality market, combining accommodation, gastronomy, retail and cultural experiences within one integrated environment.

Global Culinary Concepts at The Site Ibiza

The gastronomic hub at The Site Ibiza brings together several internationally recognized dining concepts, including:

  • Hell’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay
  • StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz
  • COYA
  • Leña by Dani García
  • Lobito de Mar by Dani García
  • Sublimotion
  • TATEL Ibiza

These venues offer a diverse range of international cuisines and immersive dining experiences, reinforcing Ibiza’s reputation as a global gastronomic hotspot.

Design, Wellness and Experiential Hospitality

BLESS Ibiza The Site will feature 461 rooms with interiors designed by Lázaro Rosa‑Violán Studio.

The property will include:

  • An exclusive wellness centre
  • A Mediterranean-inspired hospitality concept
  • Integrated gastronomy and lifestyle experiences

The brand’s contemporary luxury positioning focuses heavily on design, gastronomy and wellbeing, aiming to create immersive stays for travelers seeking high-end experiential travel.

Expansion Plans Across Europe and Asia

The Ibiza project is part of a broader global expansion strategy for BLESS Collection Hotels.

Current and upcoming properties include:

  • BLESS Hotel Madrid
  • BLESS Ibiza Cala Nova
  • BLESS Hotel Barcelona opening in 2026 with 119 rooms at Plaça de Catalunya

The brand also plans international growth with:

  • An 80-villa resort in Ninh Van Bay, Vietnam expected in 2027
  • A 100-room hotel in Milan scheduled for 2029

Meanwhile, Palladium Hotel Group is also expanding in the United States, with its lifestyle brand Only YOU Hotels set to debut near Times Square in late 2026.

Redevelopment of Playa d’en Bossa

The addition of BLESS Ibiza The Site forms part of the wider redevelopment of Playa d’en Bossa, transforming the area into a multifaceted destination combining luxury hospitality, gastronomy, art, retail and entertainment.

As Ibiza continues to evolve beyond its nightlife reputation, developments like this highlight the island’s growing role in the global luxury tourism and experiential hospitality sector.
