Costa Cruises has announced a limited-time birthday sale to celebrate its 78th anniversary, offering travelers up to 30% off select cruise itineraries across multiple global destinations. The promotion applies to bookings made by April 17, 2026, covering voyages scheduled between May 2026 and March 2027.
The offer is available to residents of North America and includes cruises across popular regions such as the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Northern Europe and Asia.

Under the Costa Cruises birthday sale, travelers can receive 30% off cruise fares on a range of cabin categories, including:
- Inside cabins
- Ocean-view cabins
- Balcony cabins
The discounted sailings are available on select departures throughout 2026 and early 2027, giving passengers flexibility to plan trips well in advance.
According to Priscilla Reyes, Head of Sales for North America at Costa Cruises, the promotion is part of the company’s anniversary celebration and aims to encourage travelers to experience its signature Italian-style cruises.
She noted that the sale offers an opportunity for guests to enjoy nearly eight decades of Italian hospitality and cruise experiences while benefiting from significant savings.
Featured Western Mediterranean itinerary
One of the highlighted itineraries features the Costa Smeralda, which will operate a seven-night Western Mediterranean cruise departing roundtrip from Savona, Italy.
The cruise itinerary includes stops in:
- Barcelona, Spain
- Ibiza, Spain
- Palermo, Italy
- Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
- Marseille, France
Scheduled departure dates for this itinerary in 2026 include September 12, September 26 and October 3. Some sailings, such as the October 31 departure, will visit Cagliari in place of Ibiza.
Caribbean and Antilles voyages
Another featured itinerary is operated by the Costa Fascinosa, sailing roundtrip from La Romana, Dominican Republic.
The Caribbean itinerary includes calls at:
