From alpine champagne terraces to art-inspired afternoon teas and next-generation wellness technology, the luxury brand curates a season of romance, restoration and celebration

February 2026 — Luxury hospitality leader Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of global hospitality group Accor, is entering Winter 2026 with a strategically curated lineup of seasonal programming spanning mountain resorts, urban icons and coastal retreats. The brand’s winter-to-spring portfolio emphasizes experiential personalization, cultural immersion and social luxury—positioning Fairmont as a destination-driven operator rather than a traditional hotel stay.

From champagne-fueled après-ski pop-ups in Canada to Indonesian art-inspired afternoon tea in Singapore and high-tech recovery therapy in Texas, Fairmont properties are activating the season with immersive offerings designed to reconnect guests with travel—and one another.

Alpine Après-Ski Elevated

At Fairmont Chateau Whistler, the new Veuve Clicquot In the Snow terrace launches February 7, transforming The Mallard Lounge deck into a champagne-forward alpine social hub just steps from Blackcomb Mountain. Operating every Friday and Saturday through ski season, the pop-up blends slope-side access with curated champagne selections, craft cocktails and elevated bites.

Meanwhile, Fairmont Tremblant introduces its Canada Goose Après-Ski series on La Terrasse, complete with outdoor fire features, heated winter domes and live DJ performances from March 14 through April 11.

Romance Takes Center Stage

Fairmont’s Valentine’s programming reflects a growing demand for hyper-personalized romantic travel.

At Fairmont Grand Del Mar, couples can commission bespoke portrait artwork through a collaboration with Paris-based contemporary line artist Quibe, blending fine art and storytelling into a lasting keepsake.

In Puerto Rico, Fairmont El San Juan Hotel unveils “Amor Mío: The Ultimate Romantic Getaway,” a three-night villa escape featuring seaside cabana access, couples spa treatments, salsa lessons and a prix fixe culinary experience at Caña by James Beard Award finalist José Enrique.

European icons also join the celebration. Fairmont Monte Carlo offers Riviera-facing accommodations with champagne welcome amenities and optional dual spa treatments, while Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten curates a two-night luxury retreat with afternoon tea and rooftop spa experiences overlooking Hamburg.

In California wine country, Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is waiving pet fees throughout February under its “Puppy Love” package, donating proceeds to local nonprofit Pets Lifeline.

Winter Wellness & Performance Recovery

Technology-forward wellness anchors Fairmont’s winter positioning.

At Fairmont Austin, the new Ammortal Chamber introduces an immersive zero-gravity wellness system integrating red and near-infrared light therapy, PEMF/PEF therapy, molecular hydrogen inhalation and vibroacoustic therapy. Timed with Austin’s marathon season, the property is also offering targeted recovery activations for runners.

On Canada’s west coast, Fairmont Waterfront presents a winter wellness residency led by Tianne Allen, featuring yoga, mindful movement and candlelit sound bath evenings paired with chef-driven dinners.

In South Africa, Cape Grace highlights couples’ botanical cleansing rituals and bespoke massages at The Fairmont Spa.

Culinary & Cultural Immersion

Fairmont’s Asian and Middle Eastern properties are spotlighting cultural celebration as a core winter narrative.

At Fairmont Singapore, ANTI:DOTE launches an art-inspired afternoon tea in collaboration with Indonesian painter S. Dwi Stya Acong, translating his use of light and natural forms into Indonesian-influenced savory and pastry creations. The hotel also commemorates Lunar New Year 2026 with its “Season of Abundance and Reunion” dining series.

In Vancouver, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver presents a Year of the Horse afternoon tea featuring the exclusive “Gold Mountain” blend developed in partnership with the Chinatown Storytelling Centre.

For Ramadan, Fairmont Riyadh unveils a redesigned Al Thuraya Ramadan Tent with enhanced family-style Iftar buffets, terrace Suhoor dining and select chef-led experiences.

Family & Social Programming

At Fairmont Empress, the “Kids Rule the Castle” package pairs luxury accommodations with scavenger hunts and interactive property discovery.

Quebec’s Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu debuts a March Break Family Spring Package, positioning the Charlevoix resort as a winter playground with structured programming for all ages.

Big Game Viewing in Style

For sports fans seeking elevated alternatives to traditional venues, Hamilton Princess & Beach Club hosts a waterfront Super Bowl viewing at 1609 Bar & Restaurant, while Fairmont Grand Del Mar and Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa provide refined game-day experiences paired with resort amenities.

A Destination-Led Winter Strategy

Across its portfolio, Fairmont’s Winter ’26 strategy reflects broader luxury travel shifts toward:

  • Experiential personalization
  • Ritual-driven seasonal programming
  • Integrated wellness technology
  • Cultural authenticity in dining and celebration
  • Multi-generational travel design

By activating properties with curated seasonal narratives rather than static packages, Fairmont reinforces its position within Accor’s luxury segment as a heritage brand evolving for experience-first travelers.
