Global Accolades Across Brands and Regions
At the 32nd World Travel Awards ceremony held in Bahrain on 6 December 2025, Ascott Celebrates Milestone Year of Global Recognition by dominating both global and regional categories. Alongside its flagship brand honour, La Clef Champs-Elysées Paris by The Crest Collection was named World’s Leading Serviced Apartments, marking the fourth consecutive year an Ascott-managed property has won the title. The property also retained Europe’s Leading Serviced Apartments accolade for the seventh straight year.
Regionally, Ascott was recognised as Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand for the tenth time, while Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila earned Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartments for the third time. Ascott’s portfolio of brands also received top honours across Europe, the Middle East and Oceania, underscoring its strength in extended-stay accommodation worldwide.
Leadership in Loyalty, Sustainability and Accessibility
Beyond brand and property excellence, Ascott Celebrates Milestone Year of Global Recognition through achievements that reflect the company’s broader strategic evolution. Ascott Star Rewards, which has grown to over seven million members in six years, claimed its first major loyalty awards, recognising its ability to deliver personalised, flexible and value-driven guest experiences.
Ascott also strengthened its leadership in sustainability and inclusion through Ascott CARES, advancing initiatives focused on accessibility, responsible operations and social impact—areas increasingly central to the future of global hospitality.
Continued Dominance in Asia-Pacific Hospitality Awards
Throughout 2025, Ascott continued to lead major Asia-Pacific hospitality rankings. Its flagship Ascott brand won Best Serviced Apartment Brand for the 16th consecutive year at the DestinAsian Readers’ Choice Awards. The company’s Oakwood, Somerset and Citadines brands also secured top-tier rankings, further highlighting portfolio depth.
