Holland America Line has unveiled nearly three dozen Holland America Line 2027-2028 cruises, offering new itineraries across Hawaii, Mexico, the Panama Canal and the Pacific Coast.

Sailing from October through April, the new season features longer port stays, deeper regional exploration and departures from five convenient North American homeports — making winter sun and holiday escapes easier than ever.

Guests will sail aboard Koningsdam, Eurodam, Nieuw Amsterdam and Zaandam, with itineraries designed to blend cultural immersion, wildlife encounters and destination-focused dining.

Hawaii: Extended Honolulu Stays and Island Immersion

The 2027–2028 Hawaii season includes extended stays in Honolulu, plus visits to iconic natural sites such as:

  • Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
  • Black-sand beaches
  • Lush rainforests
  • The famed “Land of Frozen Fire”

Guests can take part in Hawaii Up Close programming, which explores local agriculture, island history, native arts and geology. Stargazing, luaus and island-themed entertainment round out the experience.

Featured itinerary:

  • 17- or 18-Day Circle Hawaii (Koningsdam or Zaandam)
Ports include Nawiliwili (Kauai), Honolulu (Oahu), Kahului (Maui), Kona and Hilo (Big Island). Select sailings feature overnight and up to 40-hour stays in Honolulu.

Panama Canal: Engineering Marvel Meets Wildlife Adventure

Voyages ranging from 14 to 22 days provide a front-row seat to the legendary Gatun, Pedro Miguel and Miraflores Locks.

Guests will explore UNESCO World Heritage sites, Mayan archaeological landmarks, sloth sanctuaries, volcanoes and coastal communities across Central America.

Highlights include:

  • 14-Day Panama Canal
Fort Lauderdale to San Diego (Jan. 16, 2028)
  • 15-Day Panama Canal Holiday

  • 21-Day Panama Canal
Seattle to Fort Lauderdale (Oct. 2, 2027)
  • 22-Day Panama Canal
Fort Lauderdale to Vancouver (April 1, 2028)

Mexico: Riviera Classics, Baja and the Sea of Cortez

Mexico sailings range from short escapes to in-depth Sea of Cortez explorations, with curated shore excursions highlighting culture, wildlife and regional cuisine.

Dining onboard is supported by Holland America Line’s Destination Dining™ and Global Fresh Fish Program.

Popular itineraries include:

Most departures sail roundtrip from San Diego, with select itineraries between Vancouver and San Diego.

Pacific Coast: Scenic Voyages and the Return of the Great Bear Rainforest

The Pacific Coast season includes 1- to 7-day cruises, featuring coastal California, the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia.
